This page explains what information Great Shine Detail collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and only collect what we need to quote and schedule your detail.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your first and last name, email, phone number, vehicle and message.
When you use the build your detail form, we also collect the package, vehicle type, color, add-ons, frequency, preferred day, time window, service address, city, ZIP code and any notes you add.
With each form submission we also record your IP address, your browser’s user agent (the browser and device type it reports) and the time of the submission. We use these to block spam and repeated automated submissions.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and send you a quote.
- To schedule and perform your detail.
- To contact you about your appointment.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
This site sets one session cookie. It is used only to protect our forms from forged submissions, and it expires when you close your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else handles your information
- Hostinger hosts this website, stores form submissions in its database and delivers our emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person and not a bot. When a page with a form loads, Cloudflare receives your IP address and information about your browser and device. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site. Your browser loads them from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser information. See Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless we need them for ongoing service with you.
Your choices

Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
